We’re always looking for new, smiling faces around the center. We need:
- Year-round volunteers who help weekly or as needed,
- Event Volunteers who help for a “season of time” during one of our events, Trivia, Celebration of Life Banquet, Baby Bottle Boomerang, Steps For Life Run/Walk and Golf Scramble.

Prayer Warriors
Prayer is an integral part of any Christ-centered ministry. We need people who will commit to pray daily for the staff and volunteers who work with the clients. Also, we need you to pray that each client will be open to the truth about life and a relationship with Jesus.
Prayer warriors receive prayer requests by email.
Client Advocate/Dad Coach
We believe that each client who walks through our door is a divine appointment from God. Client Advocates work directly with the client to ensure they receive personalized, compassionate care, free from judgment.
All information provided is up-to-date and medically accurate. Working with the client takes specialized training provided by the center. Advocate candidates are required to complete an application process.
Client Educator
Teaching our clients in the Earn While You Learn/BrightCourse Program is another service provided at Relevant Options. The clients can choose from prenatal, postpartum, life skills, and various parenting classes, which help them learn what to expect during their pregnancy and how to become better parents.
A Client Educator facilitates these classes and helps to build further relationships with each client. The center provides training. Client Educators are required to complete an application process.
Sorters
Our community and the surrounding communities continue to bless the clients and their babies with new and gently-used material items and maternity clothes. These items need to be sorted and cleaned. The Sorters accomplish this task and prepare these items for our baby boutique. Most sorters volunteer one time a week.
Keepers
A vital part of the ministry at Relevant Pregnancy Options Center is keeping the building clean. We call these people Keepers. We need teams of people willing to come to the center during closed hours to clean the building. We are looking for several groups to rotate throughout the month to accomplish this task.
The more teams we have, the fewer times you will come. The team could be family members, friends, Sunday School classes, and/or business partners. No task is too small. It is important that the clients feel comfortable in the center, and it starts with a clean building.
Special Projects
From time to time, at Relevant Pregnancy Options Center, we require extra help. The volunteers who come in at these special times are known as Special Projects volunteers. Some tasks may include folding newsletters, stuffing and sealing envelopes, and placing donor slips in baby bottles for our fundraiser.
You come as needed when you are part of the Special Projects team. It is a short-term commitment a few times a year. We will send out an email to notify you when we need help. Our goal is to inform you as far in advance as possible. (Note: sometimes we need same-day or next-day help.)
Fundraising Committee
Relevant Pregnancy Options Center has various fundraisers throughout the year. We can always use extra hands to help with these events. Our main fundraisers are Trivia (third Friday in January), the Celebration of Life Banquet (second Tuesday in March), Baby Bottle Boomerang (Mother’s Day to Father’s Day), and the Steps for Life Run/Walk (last Saturday in September).
There are many things you could help with in each of these fundraisers. Maybe volunteering year-round just doesn’t fit into your schedule, but you could help for a season of time. If this is you, then consider helping with one of our fundraisers.
Maintenance Committee
Those on the maintenance committee would be responsible for taking care of the physical needs of the building and grounds.
Board Member
Prayerfully consider if serving as a Board Member is for you. This position is a high and holy calling. The function of the board at Relevant Pregnancy Options Center is to govern the center by providing vision, leadership, and direction through a solid spiritual foundation.
The board is responsible for developing policies, procedures, and long-range plans and providing authority and oversight for the ministry. If interested, call to receive a Board Packet with additional information about this position.
Grant Writer
Relevant Pregnancy Options Center needs a person(s) willing to volunteer up to four hours a week who is experienced in writing grants. If you have experience writing grants, we could use you.
